Dear Friends,

Guinness led a very harsh life roaming the Singapore streets where the strays are the outcast in this developed city. Constantly on the lookout for culling by Animal control, living in fear and under bad weather, at times she had to run away from cruel humans who like to throw stones at her. Despite that, Guinness is still trusting to humans. She’s very lovable and love human companion.

She was then rescued but she started to fall very ill with diarrhea and tick fever. She has been hospitalized since last Saturday night when we rushed her to the vet. Her diarrhea is gone but her RBC is very low and in critical condition. We do not want to give up on her because she’s still eating well and always wagging her tail whenever we visit her.Sometimes she whine when we have to say goodbye to her. Blood transfusion is probably the next option in order to save her life.

We hereby appealing for kind assistance to help Guinness.Any amount is appreciated.

When Dog meets Bun

 

JoJo is extremely curious and excited about the two bunnies I happened to foster by chance.She kept sniffing and stayed close to watch them all day long. It’s her first time seeing bunnies and it somehow aroused her when they hop around…lol

JRT looking for home **adopted**

 

He has been adopted by a kind couple and now he is named as Bondi..named after a beach in Sydney where there are alot hunks! LOL..Adopter’s husband is an Australian..no wonder!

This boy was found by a friend, M, at Marsiling Drive about 2 weeks ago. M brought him home but unfortunately, her two JRTs couldn’t get along with him. They had no choice and sent him to SPCA. They put up notices around her estate but nobody come forward to claim the dog. The next day, M went to SPCA to bail him out and board him at Petopia for a night. He was then fostered by another friend for a few days but unfortunately, the friend is not experienced with dogs and his mother was diagnosed with cancer thus unable to take care of him. The dog was then sent to vet for checkup. Vet gave him a clean bill of health. He was sterilized, vaccinated, done heartworm test and had heartworm prevention jab as well. M also arranged the vet to do teeth scaling for him. He’s estimated to be around 4yrs old.Playful, curious, good with human and friendly.

KTM Railway Station…gone

Before the closure of the old Tanjong Pagar railway station, I made a trip down to capture these pics before they are gone. I only took the train once from Singapore to Penang..it was a long 14hours journey..or maybe more than that!

 

 

 

 

 

MIA for long

I have been MIA for quite awhile..been busy with work and studies! Life suddenly seem so overwhelmed. I hardly have time for my personal leisure. Time flies quickly though. It’s coming to mid year now. It’s really true when one is busy, time flies even faster!Exams for my Term one finally over and I thought I could take a break but too busy with work that I could hardly take a breather! And the new term gonna start next week! OMFG!!! I wish the term break is longer!

Too much things to pen down ..life is getting busier than before..guess is a good thing! Each day is a new challenge for me and “By perseverance the snail reached the ark” is true afterall!

Some of the pics taken over the past 2 months..not many though! Haha!Election fever over..life still goes on despite big political changes ..let’s hope for a better future! Had great time with bunch of good friends and hope I have more time for them and family.

He’s Jason’s good buddy who came to his cafe opening.I got Kevin to ask him to pose with me. A friendly guy who is talented and a hunk too..hahaha..too bad Kumar didn’t come!!
